At Morris & Sons Towing, we take every step possible to ensure the legitimacy of every tow. If you have a reason to believe your vehicle was towed without merit, or any other complaint, please feel free to send us a message so that we can investigate the details of your complaint. Please be sure to include the date of the tow, your invoice# (at the bottom of your receipt), the type of vehicle, and the reason for the tow. We will do our best to respond to your complaint in up to 10 business days. If your vehicle was towed at the order of a law enforcement agency, please contact the law enforcement agency for details.
