Thank you for visiting the Property Manager’s Corner. Our services are catered to the needs of the professional Property Manager. We understand the difficulty of managing parking issues 24/7/365. With our 70+ years of combined industry knowledge, latest equipment, and software partners Reliant & Omadi, we have you covered. Our staff is trained to provide the most courteous service possible, held to high standards, and well suited to service your property.
Omadi is our custom real time software application developed and custom tailored specifically for our Property Management customers. With Omadi, you will receive instant notification of any vehicles that are removed from your property, accompanied with the time stamped pictures, violation and vehicle information. This is done real time via tow drivers handheld device.
Property Managers are given a log in that will enable them not only to view this information, but to run reports to identify repeat violators, etc. This information is crucial to protect the property from liability, and in the event of legal proceedings.
Reliant Parking provides virtual parking permit software and takes the headache out of parking permits and specific areas of enforcement.
